We may never be able to close this Pandora’s Box that has been opened.

So what’s causing this terrible condition?

Here Is The Honest Truth…

Today, you can literally launch your own new MLM company from your bedroom.  As a result, thanks to the internet, thousands of new MLM companies launch each year.

Unfortunately, each year there are far fewer people coming into the MLM industry, than there are new MLM companies starting up.

So there are only so many people to go around.

The promise of “getting in on the ground floor”, is the only chance a new company has to catch the attention of network marketers, in hopes of steering them away from their current program.

So many networkers will inevitably be sucked into it by the ten’s of thousands, and all of them are trying to “get their place close to the top”.

But to make matters worse, another brand new MLM will launch in about 8-12 months.  So all the people at the bottom will scurry around trying to find their position in the chain, as they proceed to destroy their old company in the process.

Vicious fights start to develop between these companies over the diminishing supply of warm bodies, complete with back-stabbing, name calling and countless lawsuits.

People are the commodity that is traded in network marketing, and YOU are worth lots of money…of that there is little question.

The “Buffer Zone” is Gone and

It used to be that companies and organizations were somewhat insulated by an information buffer zone, which shielded them from this onslaught of competitors, ads and opinions.

Just as soon as your new our new distributor starts to feel frustrated or that they are failing, they will open their email inbox and find a countless array of options with the very thing that will relive their pain.  Then ‘poof’, they are gone into the arms of another deal.

Because networkers are only as loyal as their options, now their options are now endless and only one click away.  Thanks to the internet there is no such thing as long-term commitment.

You know it is never going to change from now on and if you are a leader in this industry, you know exactly what I am talking about.

So anyway, this is the new reality of network marketing, for better or worse.

So How Do You Deal With It Today?”

The economic basics of MLM are changing and you need to be aware of it.  The real cost of sponsoring a new distributor in a cold market has gone crazy and continues to do so, but the real profit and “life time value” of that distributor is plummeting downward.

So the reality is that…

You will be forced to recruit everyday for the lifespan of your business just to combat the constant attrition that will plague your organization.

An industry magazine display ad that now costs $3,000 was only $500 eight years ago,

The ability to advertise in a massive, targeted, and affordable way like Email marketing has gone away

The professional white collar type is much less likely to be interested because they simply can’t believe that they can possibly replace a six-figure income by peddling some new vitamin or herb root juice.

An organized training approach has become almost impossible because new systems keep surfacing from different leaders within the same company just about every 30 days, which promise to be the answer for the newbie who is struggling.

Honestly…I guess there is no right or wrong answer.

It will really depend on what you are trying to achieve from your business, and if you’re willing to deal with the negatives that come with an MLM in these times.

If you enjoy going through the challenges of building and rebuilding a new business every 8-24 months.  Then, by all means, be my guest.  Sure, there is LOTS of money to be made quickly in MLM. However, it simply will not last very long and you’ll probably get tired of seeing your business shrinking just as fast as it grew.

This kind of revolving door approach is not very appealing to us, because we’ve looked past the hype and come to the realization that…

You are never going to find a single product or compensation plan that will fix the problem because the industry itself has changed.  Regardless of which company you build in MLM, you will still have to face the same issues we just mentioned above with all of them.

So the promise of long term residual income, I’m sorry to say, is all but a memory.  Network Marketing, for the most part, has developed into nothing but a bunch of “quick-turn over” hype, mostly driven by greed and the fear of loss, where only a very skilled professional marketer can make a significant amount of money consistently.

We are all weary of the program jumping, rumor control, attrition, hand holding and baby-sitting, as well as always having to explain why our opportunity is better than the other guy’s.  Not to mention always dealing with prospects who think $300 to start a business is too much money… Really…

It’s really not much fun and it certainly isn’t worth the time.  We know for a fact that an ever increasing group of professionals in the industry are feel the same way which has given birth to the concept of G.P.N.

Network Marketers usually object to Get Paid Now, Top Tier programs because they appear to have no residual income.

Is That Really True?

Already several companies have begun to alter  their compensation plan to integrate a residual income feature, yet there is still another approach that you should consider regardless of that…

It’s like you’re getting paid a year’s worth of residuals up front on the First Day when you make a $1,000 commission, whether the new distributor goes on to build the business or not.

In order to make $4,000 per month in a traditional MLM, how large of an organization would you have to build?

500? 1,000? 1,500? 2,500?

Choose any number you wish, but then you’ll need to double it because more than half of your distributors will cancel their product orders within the first 90 days.

So when (not if), one of your leaders jumps into another program and takes half your distributors along with them, what are you going to do?

If you have been around this industry for awhile you probably realize that maybe 1 in 500 distributors will ever go on to build a team of over 500 distributors.  However, we still sell the idea that this is an “easy way” to work part-time and replace your full-time job.

That’s B.S….and we both know it!

So then how many distributors do yo think it would take in a Top Tier opportunity to make $4,000 per month?

Let’s hear the drum roll please ………… 4.

You would need only one new distributor each week to make $48,000 a year, not even considering the leveraging effect of the compensation plan.  This could actually multiply that amount by as much as 10 times or $480,000 per year by only recruiting 1 new distributor each week.

So now you really can make a legitimate claim when you offer your prospect a way to replace their income.

Today, the bottom line is, you must be able to make enough from your personal sales too justify your time and effort, otherwise, if you don’t, you’ll just continue to spend more money than you make.

So when it comes to “residual income” that leads us to still another important consideration.

Money Is Worth More Now Than Later                                       So Get Paid Now

Just for a moment, think about this…

If you were to work very hard for a year to build up an MLM business that paid you a residual income of $3,000 per month for the next 36 months, that would be a total payout of about $108,000.

In reality, this would never happen because that check would dwindle  due to attrition, but just for the sake of simplicity, we’ll use with that number anyway.

So let’s just say $3,000 per month for 36 months. Well that’s not bad, but is that really the best path to take?

Even if you’d like to feel like you have a residual income, you could always put the $108,000 you made and put it into a savings account and instruct your bank to transfer $3,000 each month into your checking account.

There is no dwindling sales volume or vanishing downline to worry about, and at least you could earn some interest on it for a few years.
